The service tech I spoke to advised me of the services I needed and fixed the issue I was having with my tire sensor. We talked a little bit about our dogs which was probably the best part of my visit this time. I could feel that the tech was really there to help and provide me with the best service.

I was taken care of quickly with an extremely friendly service tech. With very little wait my vehicle was ready. Upon checking my SUV I found no issues and drove away quite satisfied. GM points were also applied to my service. The service tech also added a price quote for tire replacement.

I don't normally give reviews but after a longggggg day of negotiation and working with a third party company (ufcu) I finally received good news from Nate a sales manager. I see why he's a manager and hope everyone learns some things from him! After all I was extremely pleased with the time that they dedicated for me to make a good decision for myself and for working with me! I know I was not an easy client haha, Nate's experience and expertise just topped it all off and I couldn't be more thankful for him and Jake! I'm now driving off in my new Chevy Trax and there's no better feeling!!! I highly recommend Covert if you are looking for a new vehicle!
