  1. Pick your platform

    Choose the Ford you want to start from: F-150 Raptor, Raptor R, Bronco Raptor, F-250 Super Duty, F-150 V8, Expedition or Mustang GT. Each maps to one Hennessey package. Tell us how you will use it: highway commuting around Austin, towing in the Hill Country, or desert miles out west.

  2. Choose in-stock or order

    Covert Ford Hutto keeps finished Hennessey trucks on the lot. If the color or configuration you want is not in stock, our Hennessey specialist places the order for you. Ask us for current build timing on the model you want.

  3. Price and finance it as one vehicle

    The Hennessey package is part of the vehicle's price, not a separate aftermarket bill. That means the truck, the upgrade and the Hennessey warranty can be financed together through the dealer as one complete unit, with trade-ins handled the same way as any new Ford purchase.

  4. Hennessey builds it in Sealy, Texas

    Hennessey upgrades the vehicle at its Sealy facility, west of Houston. Each one is dyno-tuned, road-tested for up to 500 miles and fitted with serial-numbered plaques before it ships.

  5. Take delivery

    Pick up your Hennessey at Covert Ford Hutto on Highway 79. Hennessey also offers optional delivery at its Pennzoil Proving Grounds in Sealy, so ask us if you want to take the keys where it was built.

  6. Register the warranty and break it in

    Activate your Hennessey warranty online (2025 and newer vehicles register at registration.hennesseyperformance.com). Coverage begins when the vehicle leaves Hennessey's facility. Follow the 1,500-mile break-in, then keep up the Hennessey maintenance schedule below.

No, not completely. Coverage is split into two parts, and an authorized Ford dealer that works with Hennessey decides which part applies when a service issue comes up.

Can I service my Hennessey at a regular Ford dealer?

Yes, with one rule: no ECU flashing or software updates, because they would overwrite the Hennessey calibration. Covert Ford Hutto's service department is open Monday through Saturday.

What fuel and oil does a Hennessey need?

Hennessey recommends 93-octane fuel, with 91 acceptable, and Pennzoil Ultra Platinum oil changed every 3,000 miles, after a 1,500-mile break-in.

Can I take delivery at Hennessey's facility?
